Transportation charges are based on current rates and are valid for two weeks. Charges may vary after this period.
The carrier and their agents are exempt from any loss or damage caused by accidents, fire, rain, collision, or other road/river hazards.
It is recommended that goods be insured up to $10,000 (Carrier risk).
For any standard damage or scratches, the carrier covers $1.50 per pound (lbs). (For example: If a 10 lb item is damaged, the coverage is $1.50 × 10 = $15).
Extra charges apply for additional items or services not included in the quote.
Customers must declare fragile and valuable items before the move.
Items packed by the customer are transported at their own risk.
50% of the total invoiced amount must be paid at the loading point, and the remaining 50% is due after delivery.
Customer must ensure proper parking, elevator booking, and access. Delays due to traffic, weather, or building rules are not our responsibility. Cancellation charges may apply.
Hazardous or illegal items will not be transported.
Storage services will be charged separately.
Booking confirms acceptance of all terms.
A one-week advance notice is requested to execute the moving job.
